I would probably only use 2Tbsp of oil and 2 Tblsp of lemon juice. Also, zested a lemon, and did 1tsp of dried parsley. Also lowered the amount of salt in the recipe to 1/4 tsp. Going to let it sit in the refrigerator for awhile.
I did still have extra liquid, but I added quinoa and it soaked it up. delicious ๐
