This was overall pretty good, I will be making it again.
Used 1 extra tsp cinnamon (I like cinnamon)
1/2 c oat flour
1/2 call-purposee wheat flour
1/2 c Almond flour
Mixture of sugar, monk fruit and stevia to make up 2/3 sugar
Needed more milk than the instructions called for. The ingredients called for 1 1/4 c milk but the instructions called 1/2 c. I used approximately 1 1/8 milk.
2 granny Smith Apples were a bit much since I used 4 sm loaf pans. I ate the extra cinnamon apples by themselves. Always a favorite. 😁
