I used a 80% lean ground beef, 1 whole yellow onion, presliced mushrooms, beef broth made from the beef better than bouillon, slow low cook up to 4 hours, made meatballs to one heaping tbsp, def add the parsley garnish in plate, I didn't add a thickener to the sauce... was too hungry lol.
I wouldn't change anything tbh, even if I did follow all of the steps.
