Delicious and easy :)
It was abit too salty for my taste so maybe I will add less tamari next time (perhaps on the tofu before it goes in the oven)
Partner loved it and said it was one of his favourite tofu recipes
The sauce took a while to thicken but I think it mostly just based on personal preferance. Subbed rice for wholewheat noodles and tossed them in the sauce
You could probably chuck in some old left over veg in this recipe aswell and make it some sort of stir-fry
