← Replies in Asparagus Sweet Potato Chicken Skillet Recipe

I liked it, but no one else in my family ate it. ("I don't like sweet potatoes." "I don't really care for asparagus." The baby just dumped the plate into his lap.) The potatoes were a bit too soggy and soft for me so I would cook them a lot less. Could use either a lot more salt and pepper, or some other kind of seasoning. Thyme?
