Made it almost to the letter, except I just used chicken breast and I cooked it in the pressure cooker instead. It was lovely and a winner for the kid too but I would use less pepper next time as I found it a little too peppery. Maybe 1/4 of a teaspoon. I also didn't have lemon juice so that might have made the difference for the peppery taste.
