Haven’t iced it yet but it’s baked well and looks and smells good!
Update: best vegan chocolate cake I have ever made. It’s fudgy in texture and tastes amazing! I made no tweaks other than I used regular vegan sunflower spread (UK) for the buttercream filling. 10/10, will make again! Kids LOVED it!
