This was actually really good and super easy to do. I forgot the butter on the rolls but they still were a beautiful golden brown when done. Forgot to get a pic when finished. I recommend doubling the sauce part or at least adding another 1/2 lbs of ground beef. There wasn’t quite enough for 2 layers as called for. My pan was 8x11 as well. And I just included that extra 1/2 a biscuit in the dish. I’m a bread girl. Also I used just frozen corn. I added Italian seasoning to the sauce. Because I read the review about it being bland. We didn’t experience any blandness. I’m not an onion fan so I did onion powder instead. It was good. We had 8 people and just a tiny bit left.
