This was really yummy! Reminded me of Funeral Potatoes but with Kielbasa. However, I will do two things of Kielbasa next time, there was a ton more potatoes than meat. And to agree with others, definitely does not need 6-8 hours. Mine was fully cooked after 3 hours on high and I used the frozen hash browns.
