I make this at least once a month lately. We really like the nuttiness of the wild rice & it's a fairly easy recipe. I am GF so I use cup4cup flour instead of all purpose & that works just fine. I have done the fresh rosemary, and while the adults loved it, my daughter did not so the following time I used some sage and another occasion I used dried & crushed rosemary (not the same quantity). Basically it's easy to change around to taste, easy to make, not expensive and pretty healthy - especially with a salad. Good stuff.
