I loved this recipe. The cookies were not too sweet which I appreciated especially since I frosted them. They have a slight coconut taste which I liked. They’re soft and moist but not crumbly. Even though I didn’t bake them until they were completely golden brown, they still held up well and didn’t break when frosting them.
