Kids ate it, I loved it. I probably cooked them a little low because my oven is on the fritz, but I loved the almost tender but still slightly crunchy texture. Loved the toppings, might have worked better if I had used that goofy dried stuff in the store instead of fresh grated because it didn’t want to stick much. Might try using an egg wash next time to help the coating stick better.
