Wow, cool! What was your mushroom quantity and just the standard white/brown mushrooms? Did you change the baking time too?

I'm not a big mushroom eater (I try bc I know they're good for you lol) so I chopped three largish baby portabellas to the thickest size my texture issues can handle and tossed them in raw with the mixed ingredients. Probably about a cup and a half? The cook time stayed the same since I wanted the egg to be cooked properly. The mushrooms were a nice texture - darker and cooked but not slimy and weird. I'd do it again. :)
