I really enjoyed it but the rotel was too spicy for the kiddo (my bad) and the husband wasn’t thrilled. I was told it’s a once a year recipe. I thought the flavor was good and I followed the recipe to the letter. I really like kielbasa but if I changed to chicken I think I would have made a fan out of the husband.
