Hubby loves this dish. I found it a little too spicy for me. I didn’t quite follow the recipe persay. I used regular hot sauce and frank buffalo hot sauce instead of the ranch. I put in chopped fresh oregano,and parsley. I cubed the chicken added paprika and garlic powder. I used keto penne noodles
