Delicious! It smelled really good while cooking. I could only find baby potatoes in 1.5 pound bags so I only put in the 1 pound the recipe called for because I was worried it would be too much if I put the whole bag in. I probably could have put the whole bag in as mine came out a little thinner than I was expecting, but it was still delicious and something I would definitely make again. 😋
