I messed up and accidentally used wine vinegar instead of lemon juice, but it was still yummy. I loved the little spicey pop from the pepper flakes. I used the smallest garlic tooth in my pantry, and wow! raw garlic. Maybe substitute a pinch of garlic powder for those who are sensitive. Also, I think some fresh mint instead of parsley would work well, but I'm going to follow the recipe more carefully next time. :)
