We made this with Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom. It was delicious, although I need to cut the milk amount in half as the GF Cream of Mushroom is a lot thinner than your traditional.
Edit- I browned the burger with Worcestershire and garlic salt.
Also, I doubled the recipe and it was polished off by 5 people. I would triple or quadruple the recipe next time. This would make amazing leftovers
