Tried it with a white sauce from https://my.whisk.com/recipes/10196c6903e350d22c49ae1d66ecec9c817b49e635c and while it was ok, it was missing something. Going to try this a second time with marinara, because that's likely the missing "flavor" overall good, not too difficult, and interesting to make. A good use for the spinach.
