This was a favorite tonight!!! My lord! Took me some time because I thought the shrimp was deveined and it wasn’t. 2pounds of shrimp cleaning each one by hand. Once I got passed the shrimp it was smooth sailing. I cooked everything according to the recipe except for the heavy cream & Parmesan cheese. I only poured in a little heavy cream until the color was just right. Like a vodka sauce light and just scooped 2x some Parmesan by hand. Overall my fam was happy with it and so was I. Great recipe!
