← Replies in Sheet Pan Sticky Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

Used half a jalapeno for medium heat. Used 1 extra bell pepper instead of broccoli, and 1 small red onion instead of shallots. Definitely needed 2 sheet pans. Very tasty. Took longer than I expected but I didn't really plan well :)
