What did I just do?! I have never travelled Mexico or Texas, but I am pretty sure I made as close to a proper chilli as possible. The harmony of the spices is wonderful and the coffee and chocolate give it that extra special depth. Will never be making the "quick" version again.
Used in Nachos bowls, were the ingredients of Nachos are separate and every one puts what they want in a bowl. I should have made more!
