We had a batch of asparagus from the garden and this was perfect! How can you go wrong with a stick of butter......? It was relatively easy prep and will now be added as a go-to. I want to say I would reduce the butter next time but I probably won't. I didn't bother blanching the asparagus and it was fine. I didn't have any Siracha, so I tried some sweet chili paste and that gave it a nice tangy taste.
