Made this today and liked it although it was very spicy! I just returned from Italy and frankly I bought 2 jars of nduja just because of this recipe! It turned out spicy and a bit bitter, but don't know why... Any idea to improve them?thanks❤️

It surely depends on the type of nduja you use and also if it was a bit bitter, try cook your nduja slightly less next time 🥰
