Realy, really nice mashroom pasta - and really easy to make too! Thank you!
I used the ingredients from the link, just switched cremini with the mix of oyster and poplar mashrooms and used only fresh parsley, as adding too much different herbs seemed like it might be too confusing and overwhelming…
I am really happy with the changes I made and I would recomand them!
All in all - amazing, easy dish I will definitely make again.
