I marinated the tofu overnight but I'm not sure if it would've really made too much of a difference because of the sauce. I didn't have any chilli or chilli flakes to use (😭) so I tried to spice it up with extra paprika but I think I could've gone with more. Quite salty but that might be the brand of peanut butter I used. I had quinoa that needed eating so I had that instead of rice. Yummy but definitely would've changed over overall taste.
Easy to cook though and made HEAPS.
