The sauce was delicious. Breading the chicken took much longer than I expected. This was partly my fault for cutting the chicken too small though. Even had I not done that though, this meal still would have taken significantly longer than 30 minutes (more like 1.5 hours). After I'd floured and corn starched the chicken I had to pile it on a plate before I could put it all in the pan to fry. It stuck together and the coating came off a lot of the chicken. I need a better solution for that.
I also doubled the sauce.
