I subbed arrowroot starch in for the Tapioca and only needed a spritz of olive oil since I was making it in a non-stick pan. I used Johnny's Garlic Spread in the dough and only added cheese on top, not into the dough. Topped with pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese. I will play around with different toppings. It is the closest to Banza pizza crusts that I have found and much more cost effective!
