How long did you cook them in your Ninja air fryer? (Am assuming you flipped them halfway.) Thanks!

I would say they are good for 3-5 days. Mine stayed pretty crunchie in the fridge and I was able to enjoy them for lunch the next day.

I cooked mine in the air fryer for 10 minutes. I would keep and eye on them though around the 6min mark. I did not flip mine since I wanted the one side on the tray to be extra crispy and the top just a touch crunchie. It was a good texture but you could definitely flip them halfway just before careful so the paper doesn’t tear.

Did it matter what kind of tofu? Did you use soft? Or something more firm?
