The sauce turned out to be like an Alfredo sauce, but my old man and I like Alfredo. We did include the spinach. I cooked it a little longer than it says at the sauce stage so I could get the spinach to wilt cause we like it like that, and it's easier for us to chew. I accidentally had the heat too high while cooking the chicken, so it burnt a little bit, but it was still really good. Next time, I am going to use a little less pepper than I did this time. I eyeballed the seasoning of salt and pepper, though. I'll also hopefully not burn the chicken.
