I was skeptical of this recipe but it was a hit. After browning the chicken, I left it marinating in the sauce for about 30 mins while I prepped the side dish. The pressure cooker is done in no time (even though I did 3lbs of chicken).
REMINDER: Next time, pressure cook the chicken after marinating. Don't put in all of the marinade, it gets too watery. Brown the chicken AFTER the pressure cooker. I used a bit less honey and sugar and it was a nice balance.
