This is exactly the lentil soup I was looking for! Stopped eating meat long ago and missed that chrorizo and panceta taste of the traditional Spanish lentils. Not anymore! All the modifications I did was to add a bit more spicy to make it hot 🔥 (but that is just my taste!)
