Made it as a quick dinner rather than a meal prep. Tahini replaced with smooth peanut butter, also rice vinegar replaced half & half with lemon juice & red wine vinegar. Cooked chicken in the microwave whilst noodles on and added finely sliced greens to the noodles whilst cooking to add another veg/reduce carbs. Great recipe, the sauce could be used as a salad dressing on it's own. Will be making for my lunches next week and in future as a mid week quick meal even for my veggie daughter and replace her chicken with quorn. Recommended
