How to intensify your garlic flavor: dice all the garlic and divide in 2, heat the sesame oil on medium low and add half the garlic and let cook until browned slightly. Then, pour oil and garlic over other raw garlic in a bowl and mix, allowing the exterior of the raw garlic to cook just slightly. Make the rest of your sauce in that bowl and add to your noodles - Enjoy~ (I add scrambled egg with this too for added protein.)
