I made several changes. The sausage was a no-no for my friend who has a delicate stomach, so ordinary pork sausages were used. I couldn't find Monterey Jack so I used Brie with the skin removed. Chicken broth was chicken soup out of a can. I couldn't find Rotel so I used a different brand, but with herbs, not chili. The end result was quite good for an inexperienced cook, but my friend who usually does the cooking has broken an ankle and is in a wheelchair, so I have stepped up. I fed 3 adults and the compliments were very encouraging.
