Made half recipe (full egg) w/ a two year old as my assistant. At first the batter seamed too crumbly, but keep mixing it and it turns into a nice smooth, heavy dough. We flattened them a bit and put sprinkles on top. Not a fancy looking cookie, but quite good if you want sweet and buttery. This recipe could use a bit of salt, even using salted butter the flavor didn’t quite pop.
