New family fave! Swapped normal broth with bone broth to increase nutritional value. 1tsp butter is not enough to brown 8 chicken thighs. Used probably 2 Tbs, and supplemented with extra bone broth. Could see trying chicken breasts in this dish as well to bring down the fat content. Also swapped honey with brown sugar. Would be amazing with mashed potatoes and a side of vegetables (needed something fresh to complement - maybe steamed veggies or a salad)
