Lovely, tasty and sweet. Next time, I would probably reduce the amount of sugar and dust the loaf with demerara to give it a nice crisp sugary finish rather than the icing, But delicious and easy and a great way to use up over ripe bananas. A great bake to make with kids as requires little finesse - as you can see! 😃
