Absolutely delicious. Leans more sweet, but I used more spice thanks to others' notes before I made it, turned out just the right balance. Didn't put in the oven, only pan. Used a meat thermometer to determine when they were done. Didn't go over 5 on the stove to keep the smoke down. Tender and juicy.
