Okay so I tried this one tonight and after some tweaking it came out really good. Cooked in the crockpot on high for 3 hours. I didn’t add corn this time, but if you try it I wouldn’t put the corn in for 3 hours.
Also, the original recipe is kind of bland and I’d leave out like 1/2 or the thyme & rosemary. - I added Tony’s creole seasoning, Capital City Mambo sauce, and some Italian seasoning. And made extra roux.
Put it over rice too!
