Simple and amazing! I never have nutmeg so I just add a bit more cinnamon. I usually end up adding more sugar (to my husband's taste lol). Before I put the top crust on I add several pats of butter evenly spaced on top of the pie filling. For the egg brush I use egg whites only no yoke.
