This was so good! I doubled the recipe because we are big eaters and we ended up with leftovers! It was a total one-pot meal which I love. It was supposed to be 30 minutes but took 45. Not a big deal but just need to account for that time. I also didn't have broccoli or broccolini so I used green beans and carrots instead. We are going to use different veggies and also try different meat options but this will absolutely be added to our regular rotation.
