Chicken was superb, especially if you add a tablespoon or two or hot sauce to the mix. Gravy wasn’t great but that’s probably because I’ve never been good at making gravy…it definitely needed salt. Overall, I will absolutely make this chicken again. Was easy for someone (me!) who’s never made any sort of fried chicken before. Kids loved it too so that’s always a plus!
