I really enjoyed this, and it was so simple to make! I used half the cool whip the recipe calls for, and it turned out excellent! It was great in just the vanilla stage, too, and I'd use that part of the recipe again if I needed to make any vanilla pudding base. Easy to double the recipe if you need a larger serving. It's very, very sweet so it may be a no-go if you like your sweets a little more subtle.
