I love all of the ingredients in this salad, but it came out a too bitter. Arugula is delicious, but for me, it does require other flavors to balance it. The dressing is good, but I'm not sure its the best choice on arugula. Its own bitterness accentuated the bitterness of the arugula. If I try this again I'll add other mixed greens to see if that makes for a star recipe. As it stands, I'd give it a B.
