I didn't follow the recipe exactly. Made with parsnips but no leeks. Also instead of cube bouillon I put marmite in for that umami flavour. And most definitely no coriander (I have the soapy taste gene!)
Mine came out quite thick, so I served it on top of sticky rice with vegan lardons. I think the dish really benefited from the saltiness of the lardons. So, consider adding a side with some salt.
Overall very good, loved the flavour!
