Pretty good. Needed a little more seasoning. Definely salted on the plate. To make it a whole meal we served with pico, guacamole, and shredded lettuce. To make chicken for it, I put a drained can of Rotel and 4 chicken breasts (seasoned with salt and pepper) in the crock pot on high for 3 hours. It cooked the chicken perfectly and it shredded easily. Once I figured out the seasoning, this is a go to for ease and taste.
