Pretty good. Needed a little more seasoning. Definely salted on the plate. To make it a whole meal we served with pico, guacamole, and shredded lettuce. To make chicken for it, I put a drained can of Rotel and 4 chicken breasts (seasoned with salt and pepper) in the crock pot on high for 3 hours. It cooked the chicken perfectly and it shredded easily. Once I figured out the seasoning, this is a go to for ease and taste.

Pre cooked/shredded chicken seasoned with s & p and garlic herb seasoning in IP. Used triple cheddar blend in chicken mixture, added 1/2 can green chiles, rest in sauce. Used mexican cheese blend to top prior to baking. Hubby says "best I've made, a keeper"
