Great. Instead of cooking for 20 minutes, put the chicken breasts in for 10 and then let it decompress naturally for 10 minutes. Chicken is cooked and moist.

how do I cook it when I am ready for it? I'm a newbie to instant pot I'm sorry to sound dumb!

Now worries, I'm also an instant pot beginner! My instant pot has a separate poultry setting. So I used that setting, entered in for 10 minutes, and let it pressure up (make sure you have your vent sealed!). Once it finishes, I let it decompress naturally for 10 minutes, then open the vent to let out the rest of the pressure. Then follow the recipe like normal.
