I followed the recipe exactly, using half broth and half cream for the liquid. Everyone enjoyed it and agreed that I could make it again. The one and only small criticism that I could make would be that the recipe didn't call for seasoning the mushrooms. We felt that the mushrooms were very bland and not nearly as flavorful as they could be. The next time around, I will be sure to salt and pepper them before moving onto the next step.
Other than that, it was creamy and delicious.
